We will be holding March's Cape-Atlantic Woodturners meeting in the classroom before the woodturning class at the Cape May County Technical School on:
Thursday evening, March 24th at 5:00 pm, before the class for that night (class starts at 6:00pm)
PROCEDURE: If you can make it to this meeting (and maybe stay to help with the class for a bit) and have not been a helper or student this semester - Please contact Joe Jones: firstname.lastname@example.org with your name so he can add you to the volunteer instructor list. Even if you only think you may be able to make it - shoot an email to Joe, just in case.
We will be discussing the current state of the club, updates to the website and any info we may have regarding meeting sites. Come with questions, ideas and show & tell to share with the club and our class.
We have a variety of student interests, and if anyone can stay and do a mini demo for the class, just let Joe know so we can have a lathe spot set up. Maybe the correct way to do a glue up for pieced projects - the tips and trick to make it as safe and least likely to break as possible; or, something that you feel would help new and intermediate turners.
Thanks - if you have any questions, feel free to drop me an email and don't forget to let Joe know if you can make it. Missy
